Bangkok Underground System

Bangkok’s first underground rapid transit system used Lucite® Light Management solutions to create directional signage with high visual impact. Working in close partnership with the Thai authorities, project management teams and designers, Lucite International developed a unique combination of light management and fire retardant properties in a single proven product for use in the high specification signs. The directional signs combine an ultra slim profile with a large front surface that stays cool and evenly illuminated even in polluted atmospheres making them a safe and energy efficient option.
