Paul joined the team in February 2015 and brings with him over 40 years of export experience in various industry sectors, including the beverage industry. He strives to ensure that our customer service is second to none and quickly built up excellent rapport with our customers. Hannah joined the team in October 2014 as a Business Administration Apprentice. Her support role includes vital work with proof of shipments, safety data sheets (SDS) and sales specifications as well as sample requests; she is also training to be a Customer Service Representative and is responsible for several UK accounts. Hannah enjoys working with the supportive colleagues in her team and is very keen to develop her knowledge and experience of the methacrylates industry and its diverse customer base.
